Aurelia
International Model United Nations
First edition: Friday 13 and Saturday 14 November 2026, online on Zoom.

About
Where diplomacy meets ambition
Aurelia International brings together school and university students from different countries to debate, negotiate, and write solutions to global challenges, practising research, public speaking, and diplomacy.
Our wolf crest stands for courage, loyalty, and the strength of a pack: different voices sharing one space, working together toward common goals.
Intermediate committees
For delegates with some MUN experience who want to build on the basics. Standard rules of procedure, guidance from chairs, and accessible but challenging agendas.
Advanced committees
For experienced delegates ready for faster debate, stricter procedure, and complex agendas. Chairs expect in-depth research and strong position papers.

Terms and conditions
Registration and refunds
Registration is complete once the form is submitted and the $5 fee is paid. Fees are non-refundable unless the conference is cancelled by the organizers, in which case delegates receive a full refund. A delegate who can't attend may nominate a replacement with Secretariat approval.
Placement and assignments
Advanced committees are for delegates with prior MUN experience, and the Secretariat may move a delegate to a different tier. Committee and country assignments are made by the Secretariat and are final.
Preparation and academic integrity
Delegates research their assigned country and agenda. Position papers and speeches must be their own work, and plagiarism or AI-generated text submitted as original research may lead to disqualification from awards. Resolutions are written during the conference, not beforehand.
Zoom rules and conduct
Join on time, don't share the link, set your display name as “Name – Country”, keep cameras on during formal debate, stay muted unless recognized by the chair, dress formally, and use a professional background. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, and hate speech are not tolerated and may lead to removal without a refund.
Recording, media, and data
No recording or screenshotting without written permission. Aurelia may record sessions for moderation and promotion. Registration information is only used to run the conference and is never sold. Delegates who don't consent to media use must tell us in writing before the conference.
Awards, safety, and liability
Chairs decide awards, the Secretariat approves them, and decisions are final. Delegates under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian. Aurelia is not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, or third-party platforms such as Zoom, except where required by law.
Acceptance
By registering, delegates (and parents or guardians if under 18) confirm they have read and agreed to the terms.
